Your apartments are ready for occupancy from approx. 15:00, departure by 10:00 at the latest.

Errors and omissions excepted – prices according to hotel brochure and homepage.

You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, by EC card or credit card.

We do not accept Diners Club and American Express cards.

In the event of early departure/late arrival, 100% will be charged.

Only written agreements can be invoked.

Your reservation is only valid after it has been confirmed by us in writing.

Apartment numbers cannot be booked bindingly. We are happy to note any requests.

All apartments are declared as non-smoking apartments.

Dogs allowed on request and registration for an extra charge – we charge € 15.00 per dog per day. The dog owner is liable for damage to furniture. For reasons of hygiene, we ask you to use your personal dog blanket or basket. Please note that there is a dog leash regulation in Pertisau and the surrounding area. Muzzles are compulsory on all public transport (trains, buses, cable cars and boats).

Flat rates: if the services offered are not used – no refund or credit note.
